Let’s meet up at 5:30am

Waking up a little earlier is a simple, but powerful way to shake up our daily routine.

Getting up with the morning sun allows us to start the day with a calm mind. Most people are still in bed and there’s a magical stillness in the air. Our neighborhoods and streets are quiet and deserted, a sight we rarely, if ever, get to see. In the silence, we can savor the potential of a day that has yet to begin.

Getting up early gives us the chance to experience a different side of ourselves, the true “self” which we often set aside as we step into the roles that we play in our daily lives (i.e. parent, student, co-worker, etc.) At 5:30am, we can just let our spirits be, and let go of our roles and habits for a moment, so that we can genuinely experience the world around us.

Getting back in touch with our real selves is a powerful thing; it enhances our well-being– mind, body and spirit.

Starting the day when the rest of the world is fast asleep gives you the chance to carve out some time for yourself and find your own rhythm. This renews your core energy, empowering you to rise to the challenges of the day ahead.

Starting the day early means having ample time to plan your day and set your goals. The daily rush hasn’t begun, so you can plan at your own pace, with a clear head. You won’t have to check your watch and stress about the next thing on your schedule.

Waking up early gives you the chance to start the day right with a well-balanced breakfast. Freshly made and rich in nutrients, a delicious, healthy breakfast will give you the energy you need to get things done.

Waking up early means being able to squeeze in some exercise, and this has a tremendous impact on the rest of the day. Why? I’ll show you how it affects your body, in just a few days.
